How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. We'll remove your profile and game data from our servers within about 30 days. If the app doesn't use accounts, uninstalling clears what's on your device. We don't have anything else to delete.
How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions go through Google Play or Apple. We can't cancel them from here. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds follow each store's rules.
The app crashed. What should I send?
App name and version, phone model (e.g. iPhone 15 or Pixel 8), OS version, and what you were doing. A screenshot or screen recording is gold. We're a small team but we usually can repro within a day or two.
Why ads? Can I turn them off?
Most of our stuff is free, so ads help pay for servers and our time. We try not to be annoying about it. Several apps let you remove ads with a one-time purchase. Check settings or the store listing.
My friend's invite link doesn't work
Both of you need the latest version. Invite links tie to a specific game. If they started a new match after sending the link, the old one won't work. Still stuck? Forward us the link and we'll peek at the logs.
Is there an iOS / Android version?
Chess, Chime.In, Sudoku, and Hangman are on iOS and Google Play. Some utilities (ConnectMe, ExpenseTracker, etc.) are iPhone-only for now. Email us if you want a particular app on your platform. We can't promise timelines, but we do read every request.
Can I help with translations or word packs?
Sure! Hangman word lists, translations, or helping moderate a Chime.In forum: send a note with what you'd like to do and we'll figure it out together.
How do I report another player?
In online modes, open their profile and tap Report. We check the queue regularly and take cheating and harassment seriously, even though we're a small shop.
